Membership & the baseline
The membership itself. One baseline visit turns into a running system: your labs, body composition and grip become a scored dashboard, a clinician-signed protocol, AMINO 9 arriving on that protocol's cadence, a concierge that answers at 11pm with your chart open, and a retest at twelve weeks.
One visit, at home or at a partner lab: up to 120 biomarkers across ten body systems from a single blood draw, body composition by BIA, and grip strength. Upload your old reports and connect a wearable at the same time, so the first picture is wider than a single day.
Two composite numbers. The CYBORG Score grades twelve body systems against optimal ranges rather than lab "normal", then weights those grades into one number out of 100. MUSCLESPAN is the muscle-specific index the programme is built to move, a progress tracker rather than a diagnostic test.
No. We built CYBORG for the GLP-1 era because that is where muscle disappears fastest and gets discussed least, but the same arithmetic applies to anyone in a deficit, training hard, or simply getting older. Your baseline and your protocol are built from your data, not from your prescription.
Membership is open across India. Where we have home collection, a phlebotomist comes to you; everywhere else the draw happens at a partner lab. The app, the protocol, the Concierge and AMINO 9 delivery reach you wherever you are.
Concierge & clinicians
It is the layer between appointments, awake at any hour, answering with your own chart open: your panel, your protocol, your wearable and what you told it last month. It explains markers in plain language, shows the evidence behind anything it suggests, and hands off to your care team when a question needs a clinician.
It never diagnoses, never prescribes or changes a dose, and never tells you to stop something your clinician started. It will not invent a value it cannot see in your file, and it will not give you an all-clear it cannot back. In an emergency it does one thing first: tell you to call emergency services.
No. It is decision support, not a prescriber. Your protocol is reviewed and signed by a clinician before it reaches you, and every escalation routes back to the doctor treating you. If you arrived through a clinic, you stay their patient. CYBORG never takes the patient.
Yes, at twelve weeks, and it is included. Bloods, body composition and grip are measured again, because that is the only honest way to know whether lean mass held. The annual membership carries four body-composition scans and four clinician consults, so that twelve-week rhythm keeps running.
AMINO 9 & your protocol
A 17.5 g sachet that works both sides of muscle balance: 12.15 g of free-form essential amino acids with 3.9 g of leucine to switch synthesis on, 3 g of Ca-HMB to slow breakdown, and 1 g of creatine HCl so you can still train hard. Zero calories, every gram declared, third-party assayed batch by batch.
From your own data, then signed by a human. The system drafts each goal off your panel, your questionnaire and your wearable, carrying the markers it targets, the reasoning behind it and a horizon. A clinician reviews and signs it before it reaches you. Nothing auto-publishes.
One sachet in 300 to 400 ml of cold water. On training days, in the hour around your session. On rest days, in the longest gap between meals, where your protein intake runs thinnest. Your protocol tells you if it wants a second sachet on the heaviest days.
They ship on your protocol's own cadence, thirty sachets at a time, so the deficit window never has a gap. The app shows the next dispatch before it leaves, and you can reorder or change the delivery address from the same screen.
Testing & your markers
Every result is normalised to a canonical marker, then flagged twice: once against the lab's reference range, once against an optimal range, so an in-range number is never read as an all-clear. We also compute the ratios your report does not print, grade each body system, and weight those grades into your score.
Yes, and it is worth doing on day one. Upload a PDF or a photo of any old panel and it is read, mapped to the same canonical markers as your CYBORG panel and filed under its own report date, so your trend lines start years before you joined.
Your panel arrives already scored, sorted by body system and written up in plain language, so nothing waits on someone to read a PDF for you. The window for your own draw is confirmed when the collection is booked, since it varies by panel and by lab.
Yes. DXA, InBody, hormone and deeper cardiometabolic panels can be ordered inside the app at member pricing. Whatever you add lands in the same timeline and the same scoring as your baseline, rather than in a separate report you have to interpret alone.
Privacy & safety
Every request is scoped to a single member on the server, and the Concierge is built so it cannot reach another member's chart even by accident. Your file is for you and the clinicians in your care, and you can ask the Concierge to list everything we hold at any time.
You do. Ask the Concierge what is on file and it reads the lot back, section by section, including the gaps. Ask for it to be deleted and it is deleted. We do not sell your data, and we do not hand it to an insurer or an employer.
Your scores are real, computed from your own panel. The screens on this website are not: they are product renders carrying sample values, not member records. And the programme figures we quote come from a 250-member single-arm cohort with no control group, so read them as real-world observation, not proof.
Payments
Every payment produces an itemised receipt in the app, which is what an insurer or an employer will ask you for. Indian health policies rarely cover a preventive membership, but employer wellness and flexible benefit budgets often do, so it is worth asking yours before assuming not.
₹299 a month, billed annually and cancellable any time, covers the annual 100+ marker panel, the dashboard and digital twin, your protocol, AMINO 9 on protocol cadence, the twelve-week retest and the 24/7 care team. Advanced tests and prescription items sit outside that, at member pricing.
Yes. Clinicians get their own view: they review and sign protocols, see the panel behind every recommendation, and keep their patients as their patients. If you run a practice and want the baseline and the protocol layer behind it, book a walkthrough below and we will show you the clinician side.
